Greg Mangum

Greg Mangum is a 1985 graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies (now called Film and Digital Media). Greg grew up in South Carolina and has always had a love for church music, playing piano, organ and handbells, and singing in the choir. Before leaving home for Baylor, Greg purchased his first synthesizer and expanded his musical interest into electronic music while at Baylor, playing at First Baptist Waco and in the Sing pit band. After graduating from Baylor, Greg continued to serve in youth choir, adult choir and church orchestra and spent 30 years volunteering in student ministry. Currently, Greg is an active member at Cross City Church in Euless, Texas.
Professionally, Greg serves as the Vice President of Economic Mobility at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. He oversees the organizations’ mission to ensure all North Texans have the opportunity and access to achieve a firm financial foundation. Greg leads the design, development and implementation of integrated strategies and programs that improve educational attainment, career pathways and financial capability.
Prior to joining United Way in 2012, Greg led Community Relations strategies in Texas and Louisiana for Capital One and has held previous management roles at Westinghouse and Squire Communications.
