Adam Cogliano
Minister of Music and Worship, South Main Baptist Church
Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Adam attended Baylor University, where he studied church music and worked in the Center for Christian Music Studies. In his role, he helped plan the Alleluia Church Music Conference as well as several music and mission trips to El Salvador, Kenya, and Malaysia. He received a Bachelor of Music in Church Music (vocal emphasis) in 2016, before beginning the dual Master of Music in Church Music (conducting emphasis)/Master of Divinity degrees. While in school, Adam served churches in Waco and Valley Mills, Texas, before graduating and moving to Dalton, Georgia, serving as Minister of Music and Worship at First Baptist Church in Dalton. In 2022, Adam returned to Texas to serve as Minister for Music and Worship at South Main Baptist Church in Houston.
Adam met his wife, Kelsey, while singing in choir together at Baylor, and they were married in 2018. Kelsey is an Elementary Music Teacher, and together, Adam and Kelsey enjoy attending musicals and concerts, visiting Waco for Baylor events, finding new restaurants, and hanging out with their two dogs.
