Edited by: Randall Bradley
A Distant Harmony: The Papers of The Hearn Symposium on Christian Music is a collection of papers that were presented at the "Music and the Church: Relevance in a Changing Culture" conference held at Baylor University in the fall of 2002. These papers were presented by leaders in church music from the local church, the Christian music industry, and academic institutions. The goal of compiling these papers is to give readers a fresh perspective to inform their ministry. Presenters at the Symposium included George Barna, Charlie Peacock, Michael Hawn, Robert Webber, Louie Giglio, Jack Hayford, and many others.
